I’ve been reminded of this recipe only a few days back when I succumbed to the cold and needed to boost my immunity so I thought I must share it with you.
I remember mum used to make it for us during the bitter winter months when we lived in Kanpur as a preventive drink ( from cold).
It’s a good remedy for seasonal colds and coughs.
Turmeric ‘s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties helps fight cold and boost the body’s immunity. It’s also a potent ingredient in many Ayurvedic medicines.
