The Cambridgeshire food and drink festival was held in Peterborough for the first time. More than 150 food stalls, live cooking demos by celebrity chefs like Hairy Bikers and James Martin along with local chefs made this event a culinary epicentre for the weekend.
Crafting Curries had a stall on Indian Street Food and Indian Spices. This gave me a wonderful opportunity to meet numerous foodies who were interested in knowing and understanding about Indian Cookery Courses and The Experience Days.
I conducted Cookery workshops, on each day of the event. We made Kolkata Chicken Kati Roll on day one, and Kolkata Paneer Kati Roll on day two.
I enjoyed the experience and was thrilled to be a part of it.
